There are 2 large double bedrooms with sea views over the Sound of Mull and one smaller twin bedroom which is more suitable for children. The lounge has an open fire and there is a separate dining room. These rooms have fine examples of local artist's paintings showing a variety of Mull-scapes.

The fitted kitchen is well stocked and has a solid fuel stove which provides some extra charm for those who like (or need) to spend their time in here! The kitchen has a dishwasher to ease the burden for the chef. There is one bathroom (completely renewed in 2003) with a "power shower".  The cottage can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children comfortably.  It is not suitable for 6 adults.  For Balamory enthusiasts, note that the cottage is across the street from 'Spencer's House' and is a great base for doing the 'Balamory Tour' of the town!
